Yes, this is a Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer costume! He does have that red nose. So at least you’ll be able to see in the dark! (I know — silly!) This is a nice costume that already has everything to it. No need to buy extra accessories here. This is a really fun, really warm, really plush pile reindeer suit made of brown thick fluffy acrylic faux fur. The tummy is plush pile also. You get into the costume through the zippered back. You get the open-front hood with antlers. The Rudolph red nose. Reindeer mitts, and shoe covers to make it look like you have hooves. Just add your own shoes. This is a luxe costume that will last a long time. Use it professionally too, if you want. Great for parties, parades, etc.
Reindeer Infant/Toddler Costume
Ooohhh, isn’t this cute? A light beige polyester fleece warm and cozy jumpsuit that’s bound to keep him comfy on a cold winters’ night. Especially when he’s flying around the North Pole. The white tummy is fluffy white faux fur. And there’s attached “footies”. The reindeer head is a separate hood. He’ll look like a baby reindeer this Christmas!

In case you just need the antlers–here they are! These antlers are attached to a headband, so they’re easy to wear. With little deer ears in tan and white. The antlers are covered in felt. And the ears are a soft velvet fabric. You could even use them on your dog in case you need a costume as Max, the Grinch’s reindeer dog…

This is a top quality reindeer costume, but I wanted to include it just to show that there are some other options available. The only thing is–it’s pretty pricey. But it’s the best quality and it should last forever. They’re very lifelike, soft, and warm and comfortable. You’ll get the whole outfit. The soft plush fleece costume with white tummy. Now where did the story of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and the other eight reindeer come from? Apparently, the story of the red-nosed reindeer was written in 1939 by Robert L. May for the Montgomery Ward chain of department stores. It was made into a book and given out to the children who were waiting in line in the stores to see Santa Claus.
Who would have thought that this little book would become a centerpoint of Christmas stories? Since then Rudolph’s story has become a movie (Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer), a popular song, and a television special.
